Showroom Open June 1st
Dear Radioworld Customer,
We are happy to announce as of June 1st 2020 our showroom will be re-opening. As the situation with the developing COVID-19 pandemic changes, we are finding new ways to serve you safely and effectively. We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience, understanding and support during these unprecedented times.
Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Several new measures will be implemented for the re-opening of the showroom on June 1st to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees. We have hand sanitizing stations at our store entrance and throughout our store; Each customer entering the store must disinfect their hands with hand sanitizer.
We have also increased the amount of time our employees spend cleaning and disinfecting our store. Door handles, telephones, work stations, credit card readers, as well as other high-touch areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
All checkout equipment and surfaces (pin pads, counters and cash registers) are cleaned and disinfected after each customer.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive please come to the front door and form a line along the sidewalk to the West of the front doors.
When it is your turn you will be greeted at the door by a sales associate who will assist you in your shopping experience.
All patrons will be required to wear gloves and mask to enter the store. If needed these will be provided.
We will limited the number of customers allowed inside our store to 4 at any given time. Only 1 person from your group will be able to enter the store.
Shopping times will be limited to 15 minutes per visit.
We encourage customers to avoid touching or handling any products that they do not intend to buy.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
Curbside pick up is available at Radioworld from 9:30 am to 4:45 pm Monday to Friday (Saturday 1:45 pm).
You may place orders by calling 416-667-1000 between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday (Saturday until 1:45 pm).
When you arrive please come to the front door and proceed to the line along the front of our building on the east side of the door while practicing social distancing. An associate will come to assist you.
Changes or Additions
If you wish to change or make additions to your order you must call in and make the changes with our phone sales staff. We cannot make these changes at the front door.
Exchanges will be allowed. The exchanged item will be treated as a new order and must be paid for in full at time up picked up. The returned item can be dropped off at counter and will be refunded the next day. Our employees will be processing contactless returns. This means that all products must be handled by the customer.
Minimum time to arrange a pickup order is 15 minutes and 30 minutes for larger orders. All sales or technical support should be done by calling the store when placing your order. Unfortunately online orders will not be available for Curbside pick up.
