Stock Availability

In Stock - Item is available for purchase and ready to ship.

On Order - Item is available for purchase and is currently on order. When it arrives in stock, it will be ready to ship.

Special Order - Item is available for purchase but not stocked in store. We will order the item for you and ship it when it arrives in stock.

Will Ship When Available - Item is available for purchase but temporarily out of stock. We will ship the item when it arrives in stock.

Backorders

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately. You may cancel your backordered item at any time, and receive a full refund.

Payment Methods

Online, we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Debit MasterCard.

In store we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card, Money Orders, Internet Bank Transfers, Cash and Radioworld Gift Cards (we do not accept gift cards for phone or online orders).

Please note that we accept personal credit cards only.

We also accept personal cheques from approved customers. Personal cheques and money orders from new customers must clear at our bank before we ship the order.

Shipping

Radioworld will only ship orders to verified billing addresses. Please ensure your Name, Address and Telephone Number, are a complete match with your financial institution. Failure to provide a complete match may result in additional processing times and delays in fulfilling your order.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Orders received before 2 PM EST are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Over-sized and/or overweight items such as antennas, power supplies, heavy batteries and amplifiers may incur a surcharge. Orders need to be shipped complete or a $5 charge will be applied to additional shipments.

All items are packaged with care, and shipped fully insured with signature required.

Store Pickup

Please select Store Pickup as your shipping method when checking out.

  • After placing your order, please wait for your "Order ready for pickup" email.

  • Orders will be paid for at the time of pickup. Please bring your desired payment method with you.

  • Your order will be held for 7 days from the "ready for pickup" date.

  • All pickups must occur during store hours.

  • Store pickup is located at the main entrance of our store.

Canada Post

Our normal method of shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Insured Mail

Purolator

Purolator does not ship to PO boxes or general delivery addresses. If you select Purolator shipping with a PO Box, we will automatically reassign the order to be shipped by Canada Post Expedited service.

Purolator Ground is a non-refundable shipping method.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, note this with the delivery driver and refuse the shipment. It will be returned to Radioworld, and we will replace it for you at no additional cost. Damaged shipments must be reported to Radioworld within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance.

Terms Of Sale

All product sales are governed by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms of sale specific to the purchase (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). By ordering and/or accepting delivery of the products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change without notice at Radioworld's discretion.

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. All prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges payable for your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Credit cards are not billed until the order is shipped.

Returns or Exchanges

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving the item. If you do not wish to exchange your purchase, we offer a full credit on account. If you would like a refund on your purchase, Radioworld reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to cover costs.

If an item is found to be defective within the 10 day period, a replacement will be sent out at no charge upon receipt of the original item at our premises.

Radioworld has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in an unacceptable condition.

What you require to return/exchange your item:

The original receipt (invoice), original method of payment, all original packaging (this includes all documentation, warranty card, manuals, boxes and packing material) and must be in “As New” condition.

Note: Do not send warranty cards in until after 10 days, until you are certain your will be keeping the product.

Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Items:

Shipping fees are not refundable.

All special order items, antennas, books and software are not refundable or exchangeable.

Trade-Ins

Radioworld will accept trade-ins on certain amateur radio equipment. For trade-in quotes on your equipment, either call or e-mail us giving the model, any optional accessories, condition and whether you still have the original boxes and manuals. Final price evaluation will be based on the condition and functionality of the equipment when received by Radioworld.

Rentals

All rental fees are clearly displayed on each product page, a security deposit equaling the value of the item will be required prior to the item being released for rent. This deposit will be refunded less any rental fees due. Any items that are returned damaged or missing, will be billed out at retail replacement cost at the sole discretion of Radioworld. For out of town customers a minimum shipping charge of $15 will apply to all rental fees. Shipping time allowance:

  • ON, QC - One day each way
  • MB, SK and The Maritimes - Two days each way
  • AB, BC - Three days each way

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Should you wish to purchase the rental unit, please let us know and we will be happy to send you a correct invoice indicating the sale.

Warranty Service

Radioworld offers warranty on the products directly purchased from Radioworld. For help, please visit our Warranty Page. We do not perform on site service.

International Orders

We do not accept international orders.
